Just picked up a WebPal for 18.95 on eBay. If I could just find a free ISP, it MIGHT be worth it. I was messing around with Keystroke combinations, and found this:
Press Crtl + Esc and you get on the bottom Left of screen. EUC Mode
Press it again and you get. S-JIS Mode
Anyone run into this yet, Any Clue as to it's meaning (or) Use..??

after a google search I believe it is intended to allow selection of japanese and english character sets.
