If you want to use rob's program, you should add a flush cache
to rob's program, just after it
disables mmu, just after the 
        mcr      p15, 0, r1, c1, c0
add the following:

        mov     r1,#0

        mcr     p15,0,r1,c7,c0         @flush cache
