Network boot
Where did the instructions go?

Hi everybody-

I'm getting to work on my Webpal again and am going to try to boot it from the network. I have the nic, but I can't find the information on the flash image to put in the webpal or the samba options for the server. I seem to remember reading it here somewhere before January, but searches don't bring up any information. If anyone can help let me know.

thanks

dave

Hi,

I've been using the information from the webpage below.
It is specific to NFS, not SAMBA, but got me up and
running.

Thanks for the info. I can't tell if I can use bigbrd's 'stock' kernel for the Webpal or if I have to compile another one with the NFS support included.

Does anyone know?

thanks
