Video Card Flickering with white (modified 0 times)

When I open Notepad it gets 10X worse. Its whenever there is white displayed on the monitor. I am prime95 and it is freaking out. If you are not having this problem tell me what video drivers you are using. I am also thinking that is is the ISA hard drive controller that I have. It is a SIIG.
