can't get the wireless keyboard to work

Help..

I can't get the provided IR keyboard to work with the websurfer. any ideas why ?

Did you install batteries? Mine does not have a very wide range...you have to point right at the reciever...the little eye on the front. If all else fails, make sure you did not knock any connections loose and check that your comm ports are working.

Eventually got it to work...actually a connector inside the IR keyboard was loose, took time but fixed it.
