Anyone with a Spare DOC

I am in need of a few M-Systems Diskonchip that are the ide model. They must be a minimum of 16 mb. Does anyone have any spares or know where I can get them fairly cheap?

Thanks,
John

This thread shows a place to get 72 MB DOCs for $44. I don't have any of the ones from my WSPs to spare.

DOC's are chips that use a BIOS/Driver configuration to look like a disk. They're not IDE based.
IDE based flashes are called DOM's or Disk-On-Modules. Are you looking for a DOC or a DOM?
