| I just opened up my websurfer for the first time in quite a while. I got a new 266mhz cpu for it a month or two ago, and haven't gotten around to setting the jumpers until now. I set them how I think they should be set (its kind of confusing) and I turned it on, but got no video. I turned it back off, checked all the video connections, turned it back on and it started twitching! About once a second all the fans twitch a little, and I hear a ticking sound coming through the TV. What did I do?!?!?!? | |
