So I go to my local CUSA tonight at 8pm and try to pick one up. The guy from Websurfer is there with the manager waving the TOS. I show the ad from the web. No small print. No contract. No nothing. Still couldn't get one. They were pising and moaning about some guy who walked off with five in the afternoon.
So in short, Skokie is right out.
No sign. TOS on all boxes. All boxes kept behind the parts counter.
That didn't take long to shut down.

Try Highland Park (like first thing in the morning). I enjoy shopping there, and you might too. : )
Only bout 15 mins away from the Skokie store.

change
Things change every time I go in. Different people working. You never know what you will get away with, different stores have different managers.

CUSA in Naperville had a bunch left as of 6:30pm last night (Thursday). I had no problem besides convincing the sales clerk and two managers that the correct price is $49.99. Overall is took less than 5 minutes (both sales manager were standing nearby). Funny thing was, the sale clerk paused and read the TOS sticker with no reaction whatsover. At that moment I was rehearsing the "Oh, I didn't know I need a contract..."
