Boca Research
The Boca Research ST20001 features the latest in set-top box technology. The BocaVision ST2001 will provide users with a single solution for browsing the Web, sending/receiving e-mail, performing PC functions, playing DVD titles and audio and video compact discs.

Since the previous poster botched up, here are the missing links:

The Boca Research page-- you should REALLY check this out-- apparently, it's been "selected by AOL and Phillips for AOL TV," and this thing is (relatively) loaded.

I was looking for the modem make and model here: http://www.archtek.com/pages/products/modems/56000/5634bts.htm

and noticed that the modem manufacturer (Archteck) also has a product that looks like this one. They make the modem, maybe they make the whole box. http://www.archtek.com/internet.htm
