I put in an old SIIG ISA IDE controller with a 40x CDROM (master) and 10gb WD as the slave (the bios of the SIIG is too old to see the 10gb drive so I only get 8.4). I went through two successful linux distros (redhat 6 and mandrake 6.1) and after I reboot all I see is "L 01 01 01 01 01 01 01" etc.. and it just keeps going anyone know what the problem might be?
