| I have WSP with no display at all. Do you know what I did, bring it back to Compusa and ask them for exchange another one because it is still under warranty. They will ask you to sign the contract for 2 years, do not sign. Tell them that when you bought it, Compusa does not require the contract. If they still don't let you exchange another one, then you can ask for the Manager of the store then tell him the hole story if the manager still won't let you exchange then you ask for the Manager name, store location and tell him that you will call the BBB ( Better Bussines Beuru ) to file the claim or go to the web to report the problems CEO . I bet you they will exchange the FRIED WSP for you. | |
