Ethernet card is no problem, but a pentium processor is pretty much impossible. The WSP uses a mediaGX processor which has a lot of stuff built in which the pentium does not. Only known upgrade, would be a geode processor. This has been discussed briefly in a few threads.

I'm not sure if it will inside the websurfer, but if it does you'll probably have to upgrade the power supply too.
