whoo! i made win ce 4.2 net version and downloaded to the websurfer pro it works with vga and video out to tv!! not that bad gui but still need more work on correcting tv out overscan at top and bottom otherwise i can surf and play soltaire the image created was a little over 16mb

Since you have platform builder, would you consider building a CE image (with all the nessisary drivers) and distribute it? Can CE run Win32 apps like MP3 players and movie players?

no, ce cannot run native win32 apps , you must build or port an app from visual net or dl ce apps for x86
and i have not yet figured out how to get the damn m-doc driver loaded in ce since microsoft started removing the m-doc driver from version 4.1 and up
and im very busy at work that little time is spent on ce
i might if i get mdoc driver working and imaging a 16 or 48 mb file my florida vacation is coming up in dec which ill be able to work on ce
