Linux Sound Config Files?
can anyone post their sound configs?

New MessageLinux Sound Config Files? (modified 0 times) Mr.Muzak
Could anyone who has gotten the sound to work under linux please post the configure scripts they used? If you have an alsa config file, that would be preferable.
Thanks.

I got sound to work, just use the sb module ..in the bios i think i had to set it to irq 7 io 220 dma 1 5 ..so to load the modules run these:
insmod soundcore
insmod soundlow
insmod sound
insmod uart401
insmod sb io=0x220 irq=7 dma=1

you may have to switch the insmod sound and uart401 lines around ..i cant remember
